The PSR-310 is manufactured by GRE in China. The PSR-310 is very similar to the Mobile/Base [[PSR-410]] and uses the same software and scanner cables.

GRE COM PSR-310 scanning receiver

The PSR-310 is manufactured by GRE in China. The PSR-310 is very similar to the Mobile/Base PSR-410 and uses the same software and scanner cables.
