System Information

Name of facility is - WRB Refining Wood River Refinery in Roxana; formerly Shell Oil Refinery (Shell "Wood River" Mfg Complex) and formerly Tosco.

Seems as there may also be a conventional repeater on 858.4125 CSQ. Voice Operations are in use, with no MOT TG showing at times. May have been talk about "go up" (as in a crane.) Also, 858.4125 is VERY ACTIVE during the day on the TRS TGs. I-CALLs are very active on this system.

At this time control channel appears to change at midnight or 1 am (DST) and currently has 3 control channels. (3/20/10)

Conoco-Phillips Response Team (heard calling AMH EMS Unit on MERCI-1)

News Updates

  • 4/19/20 - both 859.3125 and 860.3125 have been monitored with a 74.4 PL, possibly mobile units when the freq's are not being used on the TRS.
