RadioReference.com General Site Questions

"I made a donation, so why am I not listed as a contributing user?"
- Answer: There are a number of reasons why, however the most common include:
  - You made your donation with a Paypal e-check, which requires a few days to clear Paypal before you are granted access as a donating users.
  - You didn't enter your radioreference.com username when making the donation on the donation page.
  - You didn't donate the minimum amount as required on the Donations Information Page page.

''How do I use the RadioReference.com Web Service?''
- Answer: The RadioReference.com Web Service is an XML interface to all of the Trunked System information in the RR Database. It is available to all donating users of the site. Likely as not you are trying to listen to a digital trunk system. Check the database for your area to be certain. The only scanners on the market that can receive non encrypted digital trunk systems are the following:

Note: These radios have since been discontinued by Uniden. To receive digital, they must have the optional BC25i card installed. According to Uniden, these radios will not be supported when Rebanding takes place.
