The Corning Tower Building Repeaters are used for "Fail Safe" failure of Smith Building Tower Repeaters. The Radios would be manually switched to Zone 2. Zone 2 and Zone 4 are on Corning Tower Repeaters and are linked together. Anyone who activates an "Emergency Button" on their radio on either building that is Non-Fire Department, will be switched to a Police Frequency so the Police Dispatcher can handle the Emergency.
