    • Civil Aviation frequency-ranges may vary country to country.

    • For the U.S.: Please apply this category to all articles relating to activity (civil or military) heard in the 108-136 Mhz or 136-137 Mhz bands.

      • Michigan Articles that contain frequencies between 128.525 and 132.0 Mhz, as well as 136-137 Mhz should have "Category:Michigan Business Frequencies" applied, also, because these frequencies belong to ASRI/ARINC, and are additionally utilized by ACARS

    • For other countries, please apply Category:Civil Aviation Frequencies, or its appropriate sub-category, to articles containing the frequencies used in your civil-aviation band(s).
