J & K Communications
As of October 2018, it appears that J & K Communications operates a legacy LTR system, a NEXEDGE48 trunked site in Indianapolis, and this wide-area NEXEDGE96 trunked system in Northern Indiana.
Based upon a link on the J and K Communications website which links to a coverage map on the Diga-Talk website, this trunked system appears to be linked to and a part of the wide-area multi-state NEXEDGE system of Diga-Talk.

NEXEDGE96 (Northern Indiana - Shipshewana)
8/13/25 - 463.6375 appears to be the primary frequency on the this site, though sporadic traffic has been heard on 464.9375 which is not currently listed in the RRDB but is present on the license (WPYX411). Preliminary data seems show the following, which will be submitted once confirmed:
