General Info
For the convenience of travelers visiting Virginia, the set of Travel Reference (VA) pages collectively lists the Interstates, US Highways, and national parkways and trails which cross Virginia state borders. The lists include details such as approximate mile marker, county, city, nearest VA STARS antenna site, VSP district, and very brief notes or names of major landmarks. George Washington Memorial Parkway
- The George Washington Memorial Parkway parallels the Potomac River from I-495 Exit 43 in northern Fairfax County eastward through Arlington County, Alexandria City, and the Historic District of Columbia boundaries until it ends in Fairfax County at Mount Vernon.
- The George Washington Memorial Parkway is listed as an All American Road in the National Scenic Byway Program.
