The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is the lead agency in charge of the installation and procurement of the Wisconsin Interoperable System for Communications (WISCOM) P25 TRS that was installed during 2010.
While WisDOT was installing the system, WISCOM was administered by the SSMG. It can be leveraged as a statewide interoperability solution for use by any eligible public safety entity.
