Introduction

The FirstEnergy trunked system is a P25 Phase 1 system spanning multiple states and making use of multiple bands for best coverage. The current coverage area includes parts of WV and Maryland (Mon Power and Potomac Edison) and PA (West Penn Power) on VHF as well as NJ (Jersey Central Power & Light) on 900 Mhz.
