- SEQUENCE: Since "extra" variables are ignored,
- implement these changes first in the Templates that call Template:Text_CatStateOtherFreq;
- then update Template:Text_CatStateOtherFreq itself, so that no additional incorrect rendering is introduced, as would occur if Template:Text_CatStateOtherFreq was updated before all of the ones below.
